1. Refund Eligibility
All payments for accessing test papers and premium content on PracticeQuiz.in are non-refundable once the content has been delivered. Refunds are only considered in rare cases where:
- A technical issue prevented access to purchased content.
- A payment was deducted but access was not provided.
- A system error caused incomplete delivery.
Each request undergoes a manual review by our support team.
Special Condition:
- Refund for MegaQuiz is allowed up to 12 hours prior to the starting of the MegaQuiz Session.
2. Cancellation Policy
Users may cancel an order before completing the payment. Once payment is successful and content is delivered, cancellation is not allowed.
3. Incorrect Purchases
If you purchased the wrong class/subject/test pack by mistake, we may allow an internal adjustment (switch to another pack of equal value). This is handled on a case-by-case basis and is subject to approval.
4. Technical Glitches
If you face any issue accessing purchased content, report it within 48 hours via email or through our contact page.
